Sample Policy
Our samples are strictly selected bulk products, all of which have passed third-party testing and certification, so quality problems are impossible.
We understand the need to see the color and feel the texture of a fabric in-person, to decide whether they fit for your projects and hence we offer swatch service for some of our Fabrics. The cost of your first swatch will be on us.
Please note below Policy –
- Size of our fabric swatches will be in between 2″X2″ to 6″X6″ depending upon the intricacy & pattern of the design.
- Price for swatches will be different from fabric to fabric. You will be able to see price of a fabric swatch at its product page only.
- You will not be charged for your first swatch. but consider our cost ,wish you can share with us to bear freight
- samples cannot be returned.
- Each sample is delivered with all the information about the fabric (design, embroidery detail, fabric detail, price, etc.)
If you need to see a large piece of fabric, we suggest ordering some sampling. In fact, wherever possible, we would suggest ordering sample so that you can perform tests on the fabric to ensure that it will be compatible with your needs.
